Subscription, cancellation and refund terms

Subscription

CALAPPA is a recurring subscription service, not a one-time software purchase. Public prices exclude VAT or other applicable taxes.

The Core trial lasts 7 days and starts only when an administrator explicitly activates it after saving a payment method.

Billing

Monthly billing is prorated to calendar month-end after trial; upgrades and Extra Kiosk are prorated. Annual billing equals twelve monthly fees and waives the initial activation fee.

Cancellation and non-payment

When termination becomes effective, or service is suspended for non-payment, operational use stops. The administrator receives a 30-day read/download/export window. Cancellation/suspension information and a secure export link are sent by email; workforce records are not sent as open email attachments.

Refunds

For B2B subscriptions, fees for periods already started, activation and services already provided are non-refundable except for billing error, duplicate charge or mandatory law.

Professional use

CALAPPA is intended for businesses and professionals acting in their commercial or professional capacity. Mandatory law prevails where it cannot be excluded by contract.

Intellectual property

CALAPPA software, brand, design, documentation, interfaces and proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. A subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while valid. Except where mandatory law permits otherwise, customers may not copy, resell, sublicense, automatically extract the product, bypass technical controls, or reverse engineer CALAPPA to reproduce or build a substitute service. These restrictions do not limit the customer’s rights over its own data and exports.
